dc.description.abstract | Post-harvest activities is one of the activities to maintain the quality of the fruit quality. In the post-harvest handling activities necessary to
evaluate the physical quality of the fruit. This study aims to create a statistical model of image variables that have a relationship with weight, total
dissolved solids, and the level of hardness in Bangkok papaya, California, and Solo. An image quality variable relations with the physical properties
of papaya between heavy with area, height, width, index r, g, and b having a low correlation level. The level of hardness in the area, height, width
and index b having the very low correlation and for an index r and g having strong correlation with the coefficient of determination (R ²) of 0.634
(California) for index r, and 0616 (California) for index g while in Bangkok and Solo having a very low correlation. The correlation between TPT
with the area, height, width, index r, g, and b is very low. The physical properties variables that can using to predicting the type of papaya is level of
hardness fruit, while the weight and TPT can not. | en_US |
