The diabetes mellitus exercise was done three times a week with the total of 12 sessions within a month. The data were analyzed using t dependent and t independent test with significant level of α = 0.05. The results of research revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest either in intervention group (p=0.000) or in control group. (p=0.029). However, the decrease of ulcus diabetic risk in the intervention group was higher than in control group. Furthermore, t independent test showed a significant different between intervention group and control group (p=0.047).
