    Abstract
Lack of transport infrastructure has caused problems in the development of coffee agricultural commodities in Indonesian. This research aims to develop a high quality concrete technology UHPFRC for the precast technology which is to used as roads and bridges appropriate to the conditions in Indonesia. Problems of this study are: 1) How does the use of a variation of the performance of fiber concrete strength UHPFRC. 2) How does the behavior of the force (compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural) UHPFRC concrete when applied in several models of precast structures are often used in transport infrastructure. This study aims to: 1) Obtain the composition of the concrete mix UHPFRC technology that meets the category of compressive strength and flexural strength are required. 2) Determine the influence of variations in the use of fiber to the performance of concrete compressive strength and flexural UHPFRC. 3) Developing organic fiber processing technology as UHPFRC material. Materials in this study are: 1) Cement PPC, 2) Sand, 3) Silica Fume, 4) Silica Powder, 5) superplasticizer, 6) Fiber Structural (bendrat wire, matt / fiberglass fibers, sisal (hemp rope ), coconut fiber, and fiber masterfiber), 7) Water, 8) Formwork meranti to mold precast concrete models. Research activities include the manufacture of test specimens of mortar, cylindrical test specimens and models of precast concrete, mortar compressive strength testing and test cylinder, split tensile test cylinder test, precast concrete flexural testing, data analysis, and reporting. The results of the study showed the highest compressive strength of mortar specimen of 969.39 kg / cm2 is achieved when the composition of the water levels / binder ratio of 0.22, then the amount of silica fume and silica powder in the composition of 10% of the weight of the cement can be reached compressive strength of up to 1050.27 kg / cm2, and the testing of sand composition with weight of 1.2 times the weight of the cement can produce compressive strength of 974.26 kg / cm2. While testing the bending of the plates obtained maximum load of 1410.07 kg at 6 cm with a thickness of plate deflection of 2.8 mm. Optimal composition which can be obtained from the results of the analysis and testing of the total weight of the concrete mixing ingredients is 33.6% cement content, silica fume content of about 12% by weight of cement or 3.5% by weight of the total material concrete mixer, powder silica content of about 10% cement weight or 3.4% by weight of the total material concrete mixer, sand content of about 33% of the total weight and content of gravel 15% of the total weight. The water content required is approximately 10% to 13.5% of the total weight of material mixing. The results showed the use of concrete in precast concrete UHPFRC can provide significant reinforcement of the bending strength. Keywords: Slab Concrete, UHPFRC, Fibre
