    Abstract
    The second stage (childbearing) of family development task is a responsibility that must be achieved by the family so that can meet the family needs, which start from childbirthing until 30 months old. The second stage family has some health attention, one of them is immunization. One kind of immunization is DPT immunization. Every baby between 2-11 months old was given complete DPT immunization. This research aimed to analize the relation between the second stage (childbearing) family development task with completeness of DPT immunization. This research was observasional analytic using cross sectional study. Method of collecting samples was proportionate random sampling and total of samples got are 68 respondents. Data was analyzed with Spearman Correlation. Statistical test showed that significancy was 0,089 (α=0,05) with correlation coefficient was 0,208, which means there was no significant correlation between second stage (childbearing) of family development task with completeness of DPT immunization in Working Area of Mangli Public Health Centre in Jember. All of respondent with fulfilled second stage (childbearing) family development task as 40 respondent have complete DPT immunization status, 28 respondent with not fulfilled second stage (childbearing) family development task was categorized as 26 respondents have complete DPT immunization (92,9%), 2 respondents have uncomplete DPT immunization (7,1%). The conclussion of this study is the family are expected to maintain the completeness DPT immunization of baby, especially in second stage (childbearing) of family development.
