dc.description.abstractPT. Yosco Utama is a company engaged in construction field in Jember, with many projects under taken by the company so requires good project management. Project management consists of three stages: planning, scheduling, and coordination. Scheduling is the most crucial stage for success or failure of a project, because it determines dependencies among project activities as a whole. Problems that are often faced by PT.Yosco Utama is delay of the planned schedule therefore it is necessary to optimize the analysis of the duration of the project so that it can be seen how much time a project takes to complete. This research is to design and build a web-based management information system by applying Ciritacl Path Method which is a method of project scheduling aimed to help manage the planning and controling of project timeline. The resulting software has been tested to analyze project scheduling of drainage development in UPP Muncar district Banyuwangi. The software is expected to be scheduling and controlling tool for projects that can help PT.Yosco Utama to obtain information of critical actvities and probability of delay time.en_US
