dc.description.abstractEach person has subjective interpretation about fatigue. Work fatigue is a condition accompanied by a decreasing of work efficiency and resilience. Nurse fatigue in work can give an impact both for themselves and for the patient. This research aims to analyze the corelation between the needs of nurse and nurse fatigue at Care Instalation RSD dr. Soebandi Jember. This research was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach, total sample were 114 respondent that collected by a proportional random sampling technique. Data analyze used the Chi-Square test (α=0.05). Results showed there were 59 nurse (51.8%) didn’t fatigue and 55 nurse (48.2%) experienced fatigue. There is a corelation between the needs of nurse with nurse fatigue (Pvalue=0.006) with Odd Ratio (OR=0.323) it mean the nurse at room that have high nurse needs had a chance 0.323 times to get work fatigue. For the policy makers, expected to review the needs of nurses in each room, so the number of nurses and the number of patients according to the degree of dependence on each inpatient unit.en_US
