dc.description.abstractPre-fabricated method is one of the construction methods applying almost or all of the concrete made in the different location specifically designed to the product of pre-fabricated structure. The advantages of these; the manufacture of the concrete is not affected by the weather, this is able to be carried out universally, the concrete produced contains better quality and accuracy because most of the manufacture is supported by machine tool. Based on the advantages, a further research is carried out by comparing the available methods such is conventional methods on the construction project of Jember Sport Center stadium (JSC). By applying both methods, it can be obtained the results of total cost calculation on the conventional method with the cost is 19.211.610.907,79 ruphias and the total cost of pre-fabricated method is 17.414.989.771,45 ruphias. The difference of the application of both methods is 1.796.621.136,34 ruphias or ± 9,35% from the total balok and column in conventional method. The duration of project analysis on the conventional method is 244 days and the duration of project analysis on conventional method is 229 days. It only requires 93.9% of the total duration of the time required in conventional method.en_US
