This research was intended to describe the control of raw materials carried out by UD. Sadar Jaya Lumajang in smoothing the production processes. The research, using qualitative approach, aimed to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject such as behavior, motivation and actions related to the research theme. The research location is a place where the research is conducted in purpose of obtaining required data. This research was conducted at tofu company UD. Sadar Jaya Lumajang located in Sidodadi hamlet, Karangsari village, Districts of Sukodono, Lumajang Regency. The informants in this research were determined by snowball sampling. The research results showed that the use of raw materials for tofu making had been following the quality standard of the raw materials used in the production processes. The implementation of UD Sadar Jaya operation was impossible to achieve if it did have raw material inventory. The raw material inventory at UD. Sadar Jaya was adjusted by the quantity of production. If demand increased, the production would also be increased. It can be concluded that the increase in consumer demand for tofu products will affect the use of the raw materials of soybean at UD. Sdar Jaya Lumajang. The higher the demand, the higher the use of raw material of soybeans, and vice versa.
