This research was aimed to describe product innovations on coastal batik conducted by batik company Virdes in Banyuwangi. The research type was descriptive with qualitative paradigm and used snowball method in determining informants. The informants in this research were 3 company managers as key informants in relation to product innovations. Data analyses used were domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. This research described that product innovations on coastal batik at batik company Virdes in Banyuwangi applied modulation-based innovation, size-based innovation, packaging-based innovation, design-based innovation, complementary material development-based innovation and effort reduction-based innovation. The phenomenon occurred showed that the most frequent product innovation carried out by the company was design-based innovation which produced 45 coastal batik motifs of the 22 original coastal batiks Banyuwangi.
