dc.description.abstractJember Regulation Number 15 of 2008 arose because the Government Regulation Number 41 Year 2007 on Regional Government. Before the Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007, Jember has 15 regional offices and 12 LTD, while based on the new structure is based on Law No. 15 of 2008 Jember now there are 16 departments, six entities technical institutions, 4 offices and 3 general hospitals and elements inspectorate of government oversight Jember way. Implementation of this policy is made in three stages, namely the establishment of the Implementation Team, in which the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2008 Jember called the establishment of regional autonomy facilitation team, led by Secretary of Jember. The next stage is the preparation of Regents Peratyran the duties and functions of the principal institutions and agencies. The last step is a discussion draft peratuuran regent. As prepared in the previous stage. implementation of these policies in turn create muddy regent rules governing the duties and function is essential every department there.en_US
