dc.description.abstractThis research aimed to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of national program on classroom rehabilitation at SDN (State Primary School) Jorongan I District of Leces, Probolinggo Regency in 2012. National Program on Classroom Rehabilitation is a national program that aims to rehabilitate damaged classrooms to improve the quality of school buildingwhich is physically fit as a place for teaching and learning process and improves the quality of primary education services. This topic is important to studysince this is a new program which applies selfmanagement system, that is, the program is managed by the school itself. Thus, this research would like to see if the recipient school is able to implement the program. Theresearch used a model adopted from the concept presented by Ripley and Franklin that includes: compliance perspective, the routine smoothness and satisfactory performance. The research used qualitative approach with descriptive type. In data used in the researchwere primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by observation and interviews. Thesecondary data were collected from documents and literature. It can be concluded that the implementation of the national program on classroom rehabilitation at SDN Jorongan I District of Leces, Probolinggo Regency in 2012 was effective.en_US
