Abstract
Analysis of the Effect of Work Life Quality on the Performance of Employees at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Mentari
Terang Tuban aimed to analyze the effect of the quality of work life on employee performance. The research applied survey
method, and the type of research is explanatory research. Data were collected using questionnaire, interview, and library
study. Data analysis technique used to test the effect of independent variable on dependent variable was multiple linear
regression analysis. The independent variable in this research was the quality of work life with indicator restriction, namely
the restructuring of work (X1), reward system (X2) , work environment (X3), and the dependent variable was the employee
performance (Y).
Based on the statistical test, it was found that restructuring (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee
performance (Y) with b=0.295. The reward system (X2) provided a significant and positive effect on the employee
performance (Y) with b=0.330. Work environment (X3) significantly and positively affected the employee performance (Y)
with b=0.207. Thus, the research hypothesis based on the direct effect was acceptable.
