dc.description.abstractISPA (Infection Respiration Acute) is disease that often happened to children, especially 1-4 year children. The prevention process by family can do through family health duty that must do by family well. More able family in family health duty execution so ISPA level in family ligthly. This purpose of research is to knowing the correlation between implementation of family health duty with ISPA level at 1-4 yaer children at Klompangan village working area of Ajung’s public health centre in Jember Recidance. This research was correlation with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling with the sum of sample is 107 families. The most families in the village Klompangan able to perform tasks for family health and levels of ARI experienced by the majority of children classified as mild respiratory infection. Based on the Spearman Rank test with an alpha 5% was obtained p values 0,005 which means Ho is refused. The conclusion of the test is there is correlation between implementation of family health duty with ISPA level at 1-4 year children in Klompangan village working area of Ajung’s public health centre in Jember Recidance. . The correlation coefficients (r) is -0,336, that means the correlation direction is negative with correlation strength is medium so more able family could implementing the family health duty so ligthly ISPA level at children.en_US
