FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN SOPIR ANGKUTAN PEDESAAN TERMINAL ARJASA KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze factors that affect income rural transport driver in terminal Arjasa Jember. A phenomenon that occurs more and downs of rural transport fleet year after year, the phenomenon also occurs in the terminal Arjasa Jember. Rural transport driver in terminal Arjasa is the type of work being very influential in addressing economic inequality and economic development Jember. The variables used in the dependent variable is income rural transport drivers and the outpouring of the independent variable working hours, long vehicle usage, and work experience. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The test results serantak outpouring of work hours, long vehicle usage and experience have a significant impact on rural incomes transport drivers. In partial outpouring of work hours has a positive and significant effect on earnings driver, the vehicle has a variable duration of use and the negative effects are not significant to the driver rural incomes, and work experience variables have a negative and significant effect on income rural driver.
