dc.description.abstractOverweight adolescents will cause a disruption in sleep patterns and be comeShorter Sleep. Several factors that effect sleep patterns are physiological, psychological and environmental. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of sleep patterns with overweight of adolescents in senior high school 2 Jember. This study used the survey analysis method with cross sectional approach. The sample were adolescentsof Senior High School 2 Jember class I and II. The population was 45 respondents. Sampling technique used random sampling. The data was colelected using a questionnaire. Data analysised with Spearman Rank. Results showed 25 respondents (55.6%), while disrupted sleep patterns category of 20 respondents (44.4%)adequate sleep. Statistical test result p value= 0.005, r = 0.412. The conclusion is that there is a statistical test is the relationship between sleep patterns with overweightof adolescent in SMA Negeri 2 Jemberwith positive correlation of the results of this study is positive (+) it means that the more disturbed sleep patterns of the growing overweight adolescents.en_US
