| dc.description.abstract | This is a phenomenology study which purpose to understand the role of Society
Health Center’s nurse in maintaining Child (0-5 years old) with marasmickwashiorkor
in Jelbuk Subdistrict Jember Regency. Data was collected from 7
respondens, they were gathered by attendance of introduction were set. Colaizzi’s
method was choosen for analized the data. With this method, researcher was
found 8 themes. The 8 themes are types of nursing tasks, technical implementation
of the marasmic-kwashiorkor treatments, relevant agencies on the implementation
of the marasmic-kwashiorkor treatments, number of nursing human resources,
performance of nurses, community characteristics, regions and enhanced
elements. Description in Public Health Center Jelbuk explain that nurses role in
maintaining children with marasmic-kwashiorkor are substitutes the role of
