| dc.description.abstract | This research try to analyze and to find out the age influence, occupation
period, incentive, and amount of family dependent to the labor productivity in a
part of cigarette rolling in Maesan Bondowoso. In this case the writer use primary
data and obtained by using some interview, questionnaire and observation. A
method is required to this research therefore, this writer choose multiple linier
regression (Ordinary Least Squares). According to the result of collective
influence, it can be seen that all of the variables have some influence to the
productivity. In other hand, according to the result of partial experiment it can be
seen that, there are some accupation period variable and incentive that have
positive influence to the productivity. While the age variable and the mount of
family dependent does not have positive influence to the productivity. According
to the result of multicollinearity experiment using klein detection does not occur
the multicollinearity. In the result of heteroscedasticity experiment using white
experiment, it also does not occur heteroscedasticity in other hand, using
normality experiment it can be said that there are no irritant variable, so the
