dc.description.abstractThis research has a purpose to know the performance of bread industries in Jember regency based on income, capital, workers quantity, training, and time of effort. Analysis method use in this research is descriptive analysis method that is used to know the work of bread industries. The workers factor is including age, sex, and the last education, meanwhile industries factor consist of income, capital, workers quantity, training, and the time of effort. Most workers aged over twenty one years old, with female in terms of sex and elementary school and junior high school as the latest educational background. The result of this research shows that there are pretty close influence among income, capital, and workforce to performance of bread industries. On the other hand, the training, and time of effort does not have any close relation. Therefore, Income, capital, worker quantity have a straight relation. If the income, capital, worker quantity is big, then performance of bread industries in Jember regency would better and increased.en_US
