Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Perkebunan Kopi Rakyat Terhadap Kehidupan Ekonomi, Sosial dan Lingkungan Masyarakat Desa Salak Kecamatan Randuagung Kabupaten Lumajang 2004-2013. Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah (1) Apa yang melatarbelakangi adanya perkebunan kopi rakyat di Desa Salak Kecamatan Randuagung? (2) Bagaimana perkembangan perkebunan kopi rakyat di Desa Salak dari tahun 2004-2013? (3) Bagaimana pengaruh perkebunan kopi rakyat terhadap kehidupan ekonomi sosial dan lingkungan masyarakat di Desa Salak Kecamatan Randuagung Kabupaten Lumajang? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah dengan tahapan-tahapan pemilihan topik, heuristik, kritik sumber (kritik ekstern dan kritik intern), interpretasi dan historiografi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori perubahan sosial. Pengaruh adanya perkebunan kopi rakyat terhadap masyarakat di Desa Salak yaitu mencakup dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Pengaruh dalam bidang ekonomi yaitu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan berdampak positif untuk perekonomian masyarakat Desa Salak untuk menunjang kebutuhan sehari – hari. Di bidang sosial, adanya peningkatan jumlah fasilitas pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal, dan di bidang lingkungan adanya perkebunan kopi rakyat dapat mengurangi erosi, menambah kesuburan tanah, dan tidak ada lagi kebakaran hutan ataupun penebangan liar.
