dc.description.abstractIn profesional nursing practice, communication helps patients to fulfill their needed that result their own satisfaction rate. Nurse communiation can effect the general overview of health services. This research aim to detect the relationship between nurse communication and satisfaction rate of health services for tuberculosis patient in Puskesmas Pakusari Jember Regency. This research is analytic description by cross sectional approach. The population in this research are tuberculosis patient in Puskesmas Pakusari Jember Regency, that about 45 person until August, 2009. Sampel interpretation for this research used accidental purposif sampling. According to criteria inclusion, sampel total that used among 34 person. That analysis used spearman correlation test. Statistics test calculation with correlation speraman got value p>α (0,815>0,05), mean Ho failed to reject. The conclution of the statistic test is there is not relationship between nurse communication and satisfaction rate of health services for tuberculosis patient in Puskesmas Pakusari Jember Regency.en_US
