    Abstract
The global nursing crisis highlighted job embeddedness (JE) as a key predictor of turnover. This study analyzed the influence of the Manager's role and self acceptance (SA) on JE through perceived well-being (PWB) among nurses at Kaliwates General Hospital. Using a quantitative approach with correlational methods, 102 respondents were selected through purposive sampling, and data were collected via questionnaires assessing perceptions of the Manager's role, SA, PWB, and JE. Smart-PLS was used for analysis. The results showed that the Manager's role (X1) significantly influenced PWB (t-statistics = 4.868, p-value < 0.0001) and JE through PWB (t-statistics = 5.234, p-value < 0.0001). SA (X2) did not directly affect JE (t-statistics = 0.429, p-value = 0.668) or PWB (t-statistics = 6.295, p-value < 0.0001), but it significantly influenced JE indirectly through PWB (t-statistics = 3.414, p-value = 0.001). Approximately 49% of nurses demonstrated high JE, driven by links, fit, and sacrifice indicators. PWB emerged as a critical mediator, significantly enhancing JE. Nurses with strong PWB reported greater job satisfaction and lower turnover intentions. This study underscored the essential role of Managerial support and SA in fostering JE through improved PWB, emphasizing the importance of strategies that enhanced PWB to reduce nurse turnover.
