Evaluasi Kemampuan Gel Nanopartikel Kitosan Hermetia illucens dalam Regenerasi Sel Osteoblas pada Model Penyembuhan Luka In Vitro
Abstract
Chitosan nanoparticles derived from Hermetia illucens serve as an innovative therapeutic material with potential benefits in tissue regeneration and drug delivery. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Hermetia illucens chitosan nanoparticle gel in enhancing osteoblast cell regeneration using an in vitro wound healing model. The experiment employed various concentrations (6%, 8%, and (0%) and examined the migration of osteoblast cells over 24 and 48 hours. The results revealed that the 8% Hermetia illucens chitosan nanoparticle gel exhibited the highest efficacy in promoting wound closure compared to other concentrations.
Statistical analysis demonstrated significant differences among the treatment groups, indicating the potential of this gel formulation as a regenerative agent for periodontal tissue repair. These findings highlight the bioadhesive and osteogenic capabilities of Hermetia illucens chitosan nanoparticle gel, paving the way for its application in advanced periodontal therapy.
