Integrasi Perceived Enjoyment dan Trust pada Model TRAM untuk Menganalisis Kesiapan dan Penerimaan Adopsi Aplikasi GoPay
Abstract
The development of information and communication technology in the financial sector has triggered the rapid growth of the fintech industry in Indonesia. One example of fintech services in Indonesia is the GoPay application, which offers ease of service, fast information, and flexibility in transactions. However, the implementation of GoPay services faces several challenges, namely a lack of understanding of application features, errors or bugs, concerns regarding data security, and designs that are considered less attractive. This study aims to integrate the TRAM model by adding external variables, namely perceived enjoyment and trust, so that the overall variables used are optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, trust, and intention to use. Based on the proposed model, the technology readiness index (TRI) calculation, model fit test and structural model analysis were conducted from data collected through distributing online questionnaires to 565 GoPay application respondents. The findings show that the results of the TRI calculation are in the Medium Technology Readiness category, while the results of the fit model test in this study match or match the data obtained. In addition, the hypothesis results in this study were 14 hypotheses accepted and 6 hypotheses rejected. The implications of this study provide empirical evidence of the integration model of perceived enjoyment and trust in the TRAM model to analyze the readiness and acceptance of the adoption of the GoPay application.
