Prosedur Pengelolaan Dana Kas Kecil (Petty Cash) pada PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati Jember
Abstract
Petty Cash is the cash used to finance the company's day-to-day operations. The purpose of establishing petty cash is to assist management in not being burdened by routine activities, thus allowing them to focus more on business development. The responsibility for petty cash is entrusted to the petty cash holder, who is the operational manager. Petty cash plays a crucial role in running company operations. To ensure proper management of petty cash expenditures, it is necessary to have procedures in place. This paper describes the procedure for managing petty cash at PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati in Jember. The writing utilizes qualitative descriptive analysis for this final project and data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, literature review, and documentation. Based on observations, it is concluded that the management procedure of petty cash at PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati in Jember is fairly good. However, errors are possible, especially since PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati does not yet have a written procedure for petty cash management. Therefore, the author suggests a Flowchart for managing petty cash at PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati in Jember, which is expected to be beneficial to relevant parties.
