    Abstract
Farmers experience many health risks, one of which is due to heavy activity while working which results in the risk of Musculosceletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints. Muculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are disorders that occur due to injuries to muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels in body parts such as the elbows, feet, hands, neck, shoulder, spine and back. The aim of this research is to determine the description of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints among farmers in Bintoro Village, Patrang District, Jember. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional study. Method of collecting sample used purposive sampling with a total of 334 farmers of productive age (15 – 64 years) from December 2023- January 2024. Questionaires were used to identify farmer characteristic and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) to identify MSDs complaints among farmers. The result show that farmers often experience complaints of MSDs on the right shoulder rght knee and waist. MSDs commplaints experienced by farmers are at a moderate MSDs risk level. MSDs complaints experienced by farmers are not related to gender as indicated p-value >0,05, namely 0,264. Meanwhile, MSDs complaints among farmers are related to the age category and length of service with p value of 0,000, namely <0,05. It shows that the role of Occupational Health Nursing in the agricultural sector needs to be increased by providing preventive measures through health education regarding occupational health and safety, health promotion such as providing progressive muscle relaxation or ergonomic training to overcome MSDs complaints and minimize MSDs complaint
