dc.description.abstractBackground: Changes in the number of risk reports can be caused by several factors, one of which is the ability of nurses to identify clinical risks in each unit, so nurses need to be given a risk management implementation system program (SIMANISKO) in the form of implementing clinical risk management. This research aims to see whether the risk management implementation system program (SIMANISKO) can improve nurses' ability to identify clinical risks at the Regional Hospital of Dr. Soebandi Jember? Method: The research method in this research is quantitative through a Quasi Experimental design, with a pretest-posttest control group design approach. This research uses probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. The sample in the study was divided into 2 groups, 43 nurses in the experimental group and a control group of 43 nurses at RSUD dr. Soebandi Jember. Results: The characteristics of the respondents in this study were that the majority were men, married, evenly distributed in age and the majority had worked for more than 5 (five) years. The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test in the control group could be concluded that there was no significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. test, in the intervention group the results were obtained, namely that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the respondents, the SIMANISKO program was proven to be effective in increasing nurses' ability to identify clinical risks. Conclusion: The characteristics of the respondents in this study were that the majority were men, married, evenly distributed in age and the majority had worked for more than 5 (five) years, there was no difference in nurses' ability to identify clinical risks before and after the SIMANISKO program in the control and intervention groups, program guide SIMANISKO has proven effective in improving nurses' ability to identify clinical risks.en_US
