This study was a quantitative study using a descriptive research design. The sample in this study was 100 pregnant women obtained through the calculation of the slovin formula using the consecutive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a knowledge questionnaire about anemia and the Indonesian version of the MMAS-8 questionnaire. The results showed that 58% of pregnant women have a sufficient level of knowledge about anemia and 92% of pregnant women have a low level of compliance in taking Fe tablets. This study can be used as a source for nurses who also have a role as educators, especially related to pregnant women's knowledge about anemia which needs to be improved again. Nurses can also develop compliance monitoring strategies for consuming Fe tablets tailored to the characteristics, availability, and ease of application in pregnant women.
