Analisis Sensitivitas pada Optimasi Produksi Bakso Menggunakan Algoritma Affine Scaling dan Algoritma Karmarkar
Abstract
Pentol Bakso Bu Nurus is a business that produces frozen meatballs with various variants. The problem faced by producers is the uncertain price, availability of material, and intense competition causing optimization needs to be taken so that limited material can be allocated optimally to obtain optimal profit. The optimal solution is obtained by the Affine Scaling algorithm and the Karmarkar algorithm. The data required is product variants, profit, cost production, and quantities of raw materials and supporting materials. The optimal solution that has been obtained will be analyzed for sensitivity to determine the meat requirement interval without changing the optimal solution. The profit after applying the Affine Scaling algorithm and the Karmarkar algorithm is equal and the profit increased as much as 20,9% from the initial profit before optimization. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the interval for meat to change is 206.570 gram <b_2≤ 250.000 gram
