PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN AKUNTANSI TERHADAP KUALITAS PENYAJIAN INFORMASI AKUNTANSI PADA PT. POS INDONESIA PERSERO (Studi Empiris pada Kantor Pos Besar Se-Jawa Timur)

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the influence of educational background, work training, and work experince on accounting information report quality. The population of this research is Post Office in East Java. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionairess targeted to the accounting managers and staff in every post office in East Java. Validity and reliability of the data’s were analyzed before. Data analysis technique used in this study is doubled linear regression analysis. This study concludes that manager and staffs educational background, work training, and work experience statistically effect on the quality of accounting information that presented by accounting manager and staff in Post Office in East Java.
