dc.description.abstract‘Injustice’ (2021) is an animation film produced by Warner Brothers Animation. This film tells the story of a well-known villain whose name was Joker had become bored with Batman since the hero always ruined his plans, thus he chose to find a new game to play. Joker chose Superman as his next target. Joker started by kidnapping Superman’s wife named Lois Lane and killed her. Superman lost control after realizing what had happened to his wife, killed Joker, and ended up changing him into a dictator. This study applies Sigmund Freud’s theory of Psychoanalysis. Sigmund Freud’s theory is applied to analyze the characteristics of Superman in ‘Injustice’ film. This study also applies the descriptive qualitative method within the data collection, the data come in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. The results of this study prove that characteristics changes happened to the character of Superman within each act or stage. These changes appeared because of conflict between Id-Ego and Ego-Superego in each stageen_US
