Abstract

Sentool Zidam V/Brawijaya Plantation is a plantation and agro-industrial area located in Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. The area is located at the foot of Mount Aropuro with abundant water sources. The potential that can be exploited from this plantation area is the source of water that flows in the Sentool plantation river. The river has a fairly large water flow or water discharge. A continuous fluid property of water on the value of the viscosity of water and temperature which determines the nature of the water flow in the penstock pipe. With the presence of abundant water can be used for grinding rubber. The Sentool Plantation also produces rubber commodities which are obtained through the plantations it owns. This processing machine is driven using water power. The potential for hydropower to be used to drive the sentool rubber mill is quite potential.
