Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Pemilihan Alternatif Toko Pembelian Produk Di Tokopedia Menggunakan Kombinasi Saw Dan Topsis
Abstract
In the era of the development of digital technology that allows people to conduct business transactions online, one of which is buying and selling products or services via the internet. One of the fast-growing e-commerce platforms in Indonesia is Tokopedia. However, because of the many choices available, it often makes consumers confused in choosing alternative stores for purchasing an item. What's more, consumers usually consider several factors such as price, rating, seller status, and so on. In addition, the filter feature in product search on Tokopedia has not been accurate in getting the results that consumers want to get because the filter feature itself only sorts based on selected criteria without a ranking of the criteria needed by consumers. So a decision-making system is needed that can help consumers choose products from alternative stores that best suit consumer needs based on predetermined criteria. These criteria are taken from the criteria of Tokopedia's own filter, including price, rating, seller status, shipping, location, and criteria from the author himself because many are considered by consumers, namely the number of goods sold and the time the order is processed. The method in the decision making system that can be applied is a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW method is used to determine the normalization value of r which is then continued by using the TOPSIS method to rank the final value so as to produce recommendations for alternative stores from the criteria and weights that have been entered.
