Metode Case-Based Reasoning untuk Mendiagnosa Hama dan Penyakit pada Tanaman Buah Durian Berbasis Web

Abstract

Durian fruit plants are currently being cultivated by many people, due to the high market demands and consumers. Knowledge about durian fruit production is based on experience from generation to generation, especially knowledge about durian pest and disease control. There are diseases and pests that attack durian plants, including stem borers, fruit borer, mealybugs, stem cancer, root rot disease, leaf spot disease, Upas Mushroom, or commonly known as pink disease, white root disease. An expert system is a system used for disease diagnosis, because the expert system is competent to be used to diagnose diseases and pests in durian fruit plants. The case-based reasoning method is an appropriate method for reasoning, so it is quite appropriate when used to diagnose disease. Case-based reasoning (CBR) is defined as a way of solving a new problem by learning from past experiences. Based on test result which has been done with 22 data from user, it can be concluded that the implementation of Case-based reasoning method can be used to identify diseases and pests that attack durian fruit plants plant with total accuracy 81.81%.
