dc.description.abstractOver time, the use of electrical energy will continue to increase due to rapid population growth, increasing investment value, and technological developments including the development of the world of education. The government's efforts to overcome the shortage of electricity supply continue to be carried out, one of which is issuing energy conservation policies or better known as energy savings. One prototype of a gas turbine that produces power below 200 kW is a micro gas turbine. Micro gas turbines work in the same way as gas turbines, the only difference being the dimensions. The compressor, combustion chamber, and turbine are the main components of a micro gas turbine. In this research, a micro gas turbine with LPG fuel will be tested where the parameter that is focused or the independent variable is the equivalence ratio. To get the value of the equivalence ratio, first know the stoichiometric air and fuel ratio (AFRstoic) with the actual fuel ratio (AFRactual) with the dependent variables are thermal efficiency and compressor work. The equivalence ratio of 0.70 has the highest compressor performance of 0.0597 kJ/s, and has the highest thermal efficiency of 18.84%.en_US
