Pengaruh Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Pada CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance through Motivation. The population in this study were employees of CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, totaling 86 employees. This study used the Slovin formula in determining the number of samples and obtained the results of 80 employees as samples. Sampling using probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This study uses path analysis tools and data processing is carried out using SPSS software. The results showed that the reward had a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, punishment has no significant effect on employee performance at CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, reward has a significant effect on motivation in CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, punishment has a significant effect on motivation in CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Karunia Jaya Bondowoso, reward has a significant effect on employee performance through motivation in CV.
