dc.description.abstractGender equality is common goal for all of nations. That goals is attainable if a part or all of the jobs give some assurance that male and female have same opportunity for access. That is why there is efforts to attainment of gender equality. But, the impact of gender bias to teaching profession in the future must be rethinking and restudied. This article describes about the conceptions of gender equality, research opinions about gender differences and the impact of gender bias to teaching profession based on social cognitif theory of learning or observational learning perspectives.en_US
