dc.description.abstractThe aims of this research is for understanding the influence of the number of business units, production value, and investment to labor absorption in east java 2000-2012. This research uses linear regression analysis double with a method of ordinary least square (ols). The result of analysis showed that the number of business units effect positive and significant on labor absorption the manufacturing industry in east java 2000-2012. Production value effect negative and not significant on labor absorption the manufacturing sector in east java 2000-2012. Investment effect positive but not significant on labor the manufacturing sector in east java 2000-2012.en_US
