dc.description.abstractCase on the research was how to increase Non Oil Export in East Java in the periods of 1994 to 2003. The findings were those variables as exchange rate, Gross Regional Product, consumer price index and export lag significant affected on Non Oil Export simultaneously. It was dominated by exchange rate fluctuation and it was found that Non Oil Export decreased 2.2 percent on average in the research periods. In developing the export, It recommended that creating conducive climate, deregulation on export, market information, investment and trade promotion, budget for research and development, and focus differentiated strategy on market target. The Effort on increasing Non Oil Export needed to be formulated and implemented by government and private, especially for expoter in East Java Province.en_US
