PENGARUH KONTAK DENGAN PENDERITA TB, KONSUMSI MAKAN DAN FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN FISIK RUMAH TERHADAP KEJADIAN TB (Studi pada Paguyuban TB Sayang Paru di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sumberjambe Kabupaten Jember)
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of contact with TB patients, Food
Consumption and house Physical Environment factors TB Incidence association of
TB Sayang Paru in the Working Area of public health center Sumberjambe Jember.
This research was a case control study. The case was a person who suffered from TB
at the association TB Sayang Paru in the working area of public health center
Sumberjambe Jember, while the control was a person who did not suffer from TB
which was the nearest neighbor of TB patients in the association TB Sayang Paru in
the working area of public health center Sumberjambe Jember. The comparison of
case and control was 1:2 by the number of samples for case was 20 people and 40
people for samples of control. This data ware taken by using interview, observation
and measurement of quality physical environment in case and control. Multivariate
analysis using multiple logistic regression with α = 0.05 was applied as the
analytical technique. The results showed the significant influence of the contact (OR
= 55,852; 95%CI : 5,032-619,944; p = 0,001), level of energy consumption (OR =
34,171; 95%CI : 1,608-726,303; p = 0,024), levels of consumption fat (OR = 0,086;
95%CI : 0,011-0,697; p = 0,022), nutritional status (OR = 10,199; 95%CI : 1,64763,172;

on
the
incidence
of TB in the association of TB Sayang Paru in the working area of
public health center Sumberjambe Jember. It can be concluded that the dominant
factor on the incidence of TB in the association of TB Sayang Paru in the working
area of public health center Sumberjambe Jember was the contact with TB patients,
the level of energy consumption, the level of fat consumption, the nutritional status
and the type of flooring.
