    HUBUNGAN ANTARA KONSUMSI MAKANAN SUMBER ZAT BESI, ENHANCER, DAN INHIBITOR, SERTA KEPATUHAN MENGKONSUMSI TABLET TAMBAH DARAH DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Panti Kabupaten Jember)

    Abstract
    Anemic pregnancy is a health problem especially in the third period of pregnancy. The effect of anemia for mother’s pregnancy could be happened bleeding during childbirth which is the main cause of pregnant mothers’ death, and low body weight for the babies. The increasing need in result of growth not followed by enough consumption especially iron is one of the causes of anemia. Although iron supplementation distribution program has been implemented to prevent anemic pregnancies, but the result is not satisfying yet because the obedience of pregnant mothers in consuming it is still low. Even though the range of Fe3 has met the target and been spread out enough, but what seems to be the problem in the working area of Panti Health Center is the prevalence of anemic for mother’s pregnancy as the biggest area in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine about the correlation between food consuming iron, Enhancer, and Inhibitor also the obedience in consuming iron supplementation to status of anemic on the third period of pregnancy in the working area of Pant Health Center, Jember Regency. This research belongs to observational-analytic. The sample was taken in simple random sampling and proportionally allocated. Furthermore, the data are analyzed using Spearman Rank Correlation statistic test with the significant level of 5% (α = 0.05). The result indicated that from 71 respondents (27%), 19 respondents experienced anemia. The variables connected with anemic on the third period of pregnancy in this research are the eating consumption pattern which is still low especially in consuming iron, the consumption level of iron (p=0.007), the consumption level of vitamin C (p=0.0001), and the obedience in consuming iron supplementation (p=0.013). The suggestions that can be given from this research result are to increase the obedience in consuming iron supplementation and food that has enough iron, to increase knowledge by utilizing the chance of the meetings in posyandu, and to use the available media. It is necessary to have nutrition status monitoring and iron supplementation distribution in the appropriate target.
