dc.description.abstractThe study on the influence of Budget Participation, Motivation and Evaluation toward Managerial Performance in PT. FIF (Federal International Finance) was purposed to find out whether Budget Participation, Motivation and Evaluation have positive effect to Managerial Performance both partially and simultaneously. Data that are used in this study are primary data and were taken from questioners which were distributed to 40 respondents including chief manager, division manager, and also all the employes that were involved in budget arrangement. This study uses three variables that are, Budget Participation, Motivation and Evolution as independent variables. It used survey method as the method of data collecting. Researcher used questioners to get the data relate to the research that was given directly to the respondents. The hypothesis testing in this study was done by using multi linear regression. The result of this study shows that Budget Participation and partial Evaluation influenced managerial performance and for partial motivation variable has no impact toward mangerial performance. In addition, this study also suggests that Budget Participation, Motivation and Evaluation simultaneously influence that managerial performance.en_US
