Hubungan Antara Work-Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja pada Karyawan PT Romi Violeta Sidoarjo
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction of employees at PT Romi Violeta, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The method used in this research is quantitative. The subjects in this study were non-
manager employees of the production division of PT Romi Violeta. Sampling was done by using probability sampling technique as many as 52 respondents. The analysis used in this study is the Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results of the analysis show that the r-count value obtained is 0.596 with an r-table of 0.279 (r-count > r-table), besides that the p value (sig) is 0.000 and the value is 0.05 (p < α ). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction for the employees of PT Romi Violeta.
