Rainfall is an important input data to be carried out during hydrological modeling. But in collecting data observations, some of the data is often missing. This could happen due to either environmental change around the rainfall gauge, fault on data recapitulation, or human error. In order to anticipate this problems, satellite data can be used as an alternative which in this study uses data from the TRMM satellite. In this study, we will also discuss the output of different input data on hydrological modelling. The model that used for modeling rainfall-runoff in this study is the HBV model. This model is usually used in Scandinavian subtropical areas such as Sweden, Norway, etc. This model was chosen because to know how good are the model performance if used in the tropical area such as Bedadung watershed. Before considering rainall-runoff modeling, the available data needs to be processed first. Some of these processes is calculate the missing rainfall data using the normal ratio method, calculate the average regional rainfall using the polygon thiessen method, calculate the evapotranspiration value using the penmann-monteith method, and validate satellite data.en_US
