    Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the right concentration of nutrients and gibberellin hormon for the growth and yield of cherry tomatoes using a substrate hydroponic sistem with drip irrigation. This research will be carried out in April-August 2023 at Green House Agrokusuma, Faculty of Agriculture, Jember University. The design used in the study was a complete randomized design split splot consisting of the main plot and subplots. The main plot is the concentration of AB mix nutrients with 3 levels, namely H1 = 2000 ppm, H2 = 2200 ppm, and H3 = 2400 ppm. While the subplot is the concentration of gibberellins with 4 levels, namely G0 = 0 ppm, G1 = 75 ppm, G2 = 100 ppm, and G3 = 125 ppm. If the results show a real difference, the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) is carried out with α=5%. The research results showed that the best treatment combination was provided with nutrients with a concentration of 2200 ppm and gibrelin with a concentration of 100 ppm (H2G2) which resulted in a fresh fruit weight of 1298.4 grams. Meanwhile, providing a nutrient concentration of 2200 ppm showed the best results for the parameters of plant height, number of fruit, fruit set percentage and fresh weight, namely 102.83 cm, 178 fruit, 93.27% and 1064.70 grams respectively. Meanwhile, giving a gibberellin hormone concentration of 100 ppm showed the best results for the parameters of number of fruit, fruit set percentage, and fresh weight of fruit, namely 165.22, 94.40% and 1020.37 grams respectively.
