Abstract: | This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of firm size on a company’s financial performance; the influence of shari’ah corporate social responsibility on a company’s financial performance; the influence of shari’ah corporate social responsibility on a company’s non-financial performance; the influence of a company’s financial performance on the company value; the influence of a company’s non-financial performance on the company value; and the influence of shari’ah corporate social responsibility on the firm value. The method used in this research is explanatory research which seeks how the concept of shari’ah corporate social responsibility is implemented on companies that are registered in Jakarta Islamic Index to verify its influence on financial performances, non-financial performances, and firm value. Next, the steps are to collect the relevant data concerning the firm size, shari’ah corporate social responsibility, financial performances, non-financial performances, and firm value; to perform data analysis in the form of descriptive statistic calculation to observe the characteristic of the variable data which will be examined before the hypothetical test; and also to examine hypothetically using the partial least square (PLS) technique. The population of this research is the companies registered in Jakarta Islamic Index in 2011-2016, and the data are collected using purposive sampling from which 78 samples are found having been obtained from 13 companies within those 6 years. From the analysis, the research finds that firm size does not have significant impact on a company’s financial performance; it does not have significant impact on shari’ah corporate social responsibility; shari’ah corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on a company’s non-financial performance, a company’s financial and non-financial performances have a significant impact on firm value; and shari’ah corporate social responsibility has a significant impact on firm value. |
