dc.description.abstractDrive test is one of the first steps in the process of network optimization to collect measurement data in areas that are less optimal. Drive test requires a lot of tools like TEMS software installed laptops, mobile phones, data cable, GPS and usually use the car. This research is to design a android application that can be used to drive test the quality of voice calls without needing a lot of tools and drive test result data can be used for network optimization in areas that are less optimal. Results of the data analysis application called test drives showed that the value of the Net info RSCP at Uluwatu cluster is still bad with the percentage of 20.31%, for Ec / No percentage is pretty good with bad Ecno only 1.58% and occurs only 1 time block call. Comparison test drive using Info Net application using TEMS Investigations software if seen from the graph plotting the data and the result is similar, but for the level of accuracy of the Net info is still very small when compared to the TEMS softwareen_US
