dc.description.abstract | Sebanyak 17 isolat Bacillus spp. yang berhasil diisolasi dari rhizosfer gulma Cyperus rotundus, Limnocharis flava, Eleusine indica, Mimosa pudica, dan Portulaca ocelarea. 17 isolat Bacillus spp. yang ditemukan mampu menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan Fusarium sp. dengan presentasi daya hambat mencapai 73% dan hanya 15 isolat Bacillus spp. yang mampu menghambat patogen X. oryzae pv. oryzae dengan mekanisme hambatan bakteriostatik serta zona bening yang dihasilkan mencapai 14 mm. | en_US |
