dc.description.abstractResearch on work fatigue in the company has been encountered everywhere, because work fatigue is a problem that must get attention, All kinds of work both formal and informal cause work fatigue. This study aims to analyze the work fatigue of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. In addition, this study analyzes the influence of each exogenous variable, the endogenous variable to the intervening variable. Primary data obtained from the perception of 80 permanent employees working in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember who has filled the questionnaire and then in the analysis. The results show that work fatigue, organizational culture, motivation, to employee performance through satisfaction, all of which have a significant effect.en_US
