Abstract: Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Lumajang menyediakan jasa pendistribusian air bersih bagi seluruh pelanggan. PDAM secara berkala mengevaluasi permasalahan dan keluhan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan penyediaan air bersih ini dirasakan pelanggan di Kecamatan Kunir masih kurang terutama di jam-jam sibuk atau puncak.
