dc.description.abstractdolescent in its development requires good handling in guiding adolescents undergo stages of growth and development. In order to adapt the development of adolescent reproductive health in both rural and urban areas, then each element plays an important role both families, communities, and schools. The study aim toidentify the value and meaning of sexual and reproductive health adolescent services on rural and urban area of Jember. The study was done by qualitative approach in descriptive phenomenology design. The data collection method was done by in depth interviewing and takingfield notes. Theparticipants were adolescent who are stayed on rural and uban area in Jember. The data was treated into interview transcripts then was analyzed by Collaizi's technique. The study results are three themes which are school of adolesent activity, the pattern of communication family, and community empowerment. These results are expected can be a foundation for prevention and promotion program as well as sexual and reproductive health protection in having adolescent treatment by integrating community nursing intervention model and involve the relevance institution.en_US
